Returns & Refund Eligibility

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items such as personal care products, opened skincare items, and gift cards are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
